NANCY ROBERTS
Founder and Principal Consultant

Nancy Roberts is a Certified Behavioral Analyst who is committed to lasting behavioral change for her clients by increasing self-awareness, perception, and accountability. Her business, iNsights, specializes in helping companies implement organizational, team and individual development solutions.

Nancy has over 15 years experience in studying human behavior in a variety of industries and office environments, from multi-national corporations to small, family-owned businesses. Over this time, Nancy has developed a reputation for excellence in organizational and people management skills.

Utilizing a wide range of methodologies, Nancy is able to identify the key issues to enable your organization and staff to work efficiently and effectively. She willingly shares her depth of practical knowledge.

Nancy holds certifications in Behavioral and Values Analysis. Her educational background includes studies in Organizational Behavior and Psychology, with additional studies in Total Quality Management and Business Administration.

A believer in life-long education, she is a graduate of the Landmark Education Curriculum, as well as the Strategic Coach program. Currently enrolled in Coach University, Nancy continues to hone her coaching techniques and skills in her consulting work.

She has been a guest speaker in Leadership Development at Syracuse University. Nancy has also been a speaker for a one-day Dale Carnegie workshop.

CHRIS KENNEY

Speaker & Trainer

For the past 11 years, Chris Kenney honed his skills as a sales rep and trainer for Paychex.

At Paychex, he was a 6 time President’s Club Qualifier and a one-time Circle of Excellence achiever.  He also achieved 4th level Diamond Club with close to 2000 payrolls sold in his career.

Knowing firsthand what it takes to succeed, he has recently partnered with iNsights where he is living his mission through teaching people how to move to the next level in their business and in their life.

Chris designed and leads the popular “Boost Your Business by Overcoming Sales Call Reluctance” workshop that regularly sells out.

His education background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY College at Brockport and coursework towards a Master’s degree in Counseling in Education from Nazareth College of Rochester.
